Service and provider usage

The instant scan and short preview are free, without an account. Automated crawls inspect up to ten pages per scan. Paid accounts include three scans per calendar month for new websites or re-measurements, while keeping their saved report history. Technical report access is a £9 one-off purchase for all reports in that account, including future reports. Your selected AI API provider may separately charge for measurements. Stripe handles card payment; UltimateSEO does not store your card number.

Paid technical reports

The £9 payment unlocks report evidence, affected pages, fixes, implementation prompts and exports across your account. It is not a subscription. The account includes three scans per calendar month, renewed on the first day of the month in Europe/London time. New websites, re-scans and newly saved preview reports share this allowance. Unused scans do not roll over. Previously saved or unlocked reports remain readable without consuming a scan. Each automated crawl samples up to ten pages. Failed or cancelled jobs release their reserved scan. Access opens after payment verification. Customers without an account have one created after verified payment and receive an email to set their password; existing customers sign in before buying. A full refund or payment dispute can suspend that payment’s access. A report does not automatically implement changes or include third-party AI provider fees. Statutory rights remain unchanged.

Hands-on website services

Our team delivers the £299 one-off website optimisation service and the £199 per month managed SEO, AIO and GEO service. Both are priced per website, without a page-count cap. The monthly service requires a minimum three-month service agreement, a minimum commitment of £597 per website. These are services delivered by people, arranged through the request form. Website access, priorities, delivery and payment arrangements are agreed in writing before work starts. They are separate from the £9 software report unlock.

Your inputs and accounts

Use provider accounts you are entitled to use and websites you are authorised to assess. Do not upload confidential information that is unnecessary for the task, interfere with other customers or attempt to reach private infrastructure through the crawler. Follow the terms of the AI providers you use.

Measurements and implementation

AI answers vary with prompt wording, date, model and context. Reports describe recorded observations; they do not establish a complete view of an engine's responses. SEO findings are diagnostic signals, not ranking guarantees. Review suggested content, code and structured data before applying them. UltimateSEO does not automatically modify your website.

Availability and changes

Third-party outages, quotas and model changes can interrupt measurements. We preserve available evidence and report missing results. Limits and supported connections may change; the current workspace explains available features. No guaranteed uptime, traffic gain or AI mention rate is offered.

Ownership and support

You retain your submitted content and can export your reports. Contact us about account access, deletion or a disputed finding. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law prevents us from excluding.
