Terms

These are fixed-scope, one-time business services. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Who these services are for

The services on this site are offered only to businesses and to people acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. By ordering, you confirm that you have authority to buy for that business.

The service contract

The offer page, its Included and Not included lists, these terms and the checkout summary form the contract. A contract starts when Stripe confirms payment. If we cannot accept the order, we will tell you and refund the full amount.

Brief and delivery

You must provide an accurate brief and any access or materials reasonably required. The stated delivery period starts on the next UK working day after we have both cleared payment and a complete brief. Delays in customer information or access pause the delivery period.

Price and payment

Prices are in GBP. Stripe shows the total before payment. Each purchase is a single payment for the named service; it does not renew. We never receive or store full card details.

Honest scope

We will provide the listed deliverables with reasonable care and skill. Recommendations depend on the information and evidence available. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, savings, leads or any other commercial outcome.

Customer responsibilities

You confirm that supplied data, content and system access may lawfully be used for the service. You remain responsible for business decisions, approvals, backups and checking deliverables before operational use.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the bespoke deliverable in your business. We retain our pre-existing methods, general know-how, templates and tools. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

English law governs the contract and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
