We collect the minimum information needed to answer and fulfil a business-service request. We do not sell it or add it to a marketing list.

Controller and data collected

Ultimate Vision Ltd is the controller. The enquiry form records the details you submit: name, work email, organisation, problem, budget, timing and diagnostic answers. The server also keeps limited security and delivery logs; our hosting provider may create standard access logs.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to take steps requested before a contract, provide the service, prevent abuse, keep necessary transaction records and meet legal obligations. Anonymous event counts help us understand whether pages and forms work.

Payments and processors

If you pay, Stripe processes payment and identity information under its own privacy notice. Hosting and email providers process data only to operate this service. We do not store full payment-card details.

Retention and sharing

We keep personal data only while needed for the enquiry, service, security, accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell it. We share it only with processors needed to deliver the service, professional advisers where necessary, or authorities where law requires.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us from the email used for the request so we can verify it.

Cookies

This offer page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's hosted checkout is a separate service and may use technologies described in Stripe's own notice.
